Researchers at the University of Rochester Medical Center in the United States have recently discovered a new feature of human brain cells. It is possible to increase the learning ability of rats by using this special religion called astrocyte. Previously, these cells were considered to be relatively less important helpers for more central neuronal cells. By applying these to the brains of some rats last year, some rats from another (2nd) group in the same project - for which extra brain cells were taken from their own species - were kept under close observation.
Evidence of greater efficacy has been found in rats from both groups that have been given human brain cells after a maturity period of six months. These rats help to learn and memorize more information significantly faster than the 2nd group species.
The results of this study, published in March in the journal Cell Stem Cell, could change the way people think about astrocytes. It can be used in any way that will change the way we think. The researchers hope that the research will play an important role in finding out the causes of various diseases in the human body and possible ways to prevent them.
